1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting this website or using Leap Wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using crypto software under applicable law.

2. What Leap Wallet is

Leap Wallet is non-custodial software for managing digital assets: staking, token swaps, NFTs and portfolio tracking across supported chains.

Leap does not hold, store or have access to your private keys, recovery phrase or funds. We cannot recover them or reverse transactions.

3. Your keys and your responsibility

  • You alone are responsible for your recovery phrase, passwords and devices.
  • Anyone with your recovery phrase can take your assets. Never share it, and be careful with phishing sites and fake support.
  • Blockchain transactions are final. Check addresses, networks and amounts before you confirm.

4. Third-party services

Staking, swaps and some other features rely on blockchains, validators, protocols and other services we do not control. Their rules, fees and risks apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.

5. Risks

Digital assets are volatile and you can lose all of their value. Staking can involve lock-up periods and slashing. Smart contracts and networks can have bugs or fail. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful activity, fraud or sanctions evasion;
  • interfere with or attack the website, software or networks;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the service except where the law allows it.

7. Intellectual property

The Leap name, logo, mascot, website and software are owned by Leap Wallet or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leap Wallet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost assets resulting from your use of the service, including losses caused by lost keys, user error, third-party services or network failures.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend access to the website or software where needed to protect the service or comply with law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Leap Wallet is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
